RNP launches new ReMAV site

The High Speed Metropolitan Networks (ReMAVs) have gained new ground on which to air debates and display projects. On September 6th, RNP launched a new exclusive site in response to the needs of the project.

The site contains information on the project, a list of all the consortia and of the applications developed, as well as news furnished by the RNP team. Space was allocated for the publication of ReMAV articles and for available documents of interest. In order to stimulate debates among the institutions involved, a list of topics for discussion reserved for ReMAVs is also available.

The site has been brought about thanks to the efforts put out by RNP's Information Center to fulfill an earlier need of the ReMAVs. They had wanted to create a forum in which to print useful information so as to stimulate integration among the consortia and their team members, a place where they might publish technical articles and offer products, as well as serve as a channel for the exchange of experiences. The update of the new page content will be programmed as the needs of the ReMAVs arise. The ReMAVs will be able to use a direct communication channel with RNP for this end.
